Took me a while to figure that out actually. But yeah, domain registrars can charge waaaaaay more than $42 to bring a domain back, so you lucked out on that one! I keep all my renewal info in a folder for safekeeping and set Outlook reminders for bill dates. That way, there's no chance of that happening. Tho I think with Lunar you can transfer your domain to them and have them register it?
