Congresses, poster sessions and workshops worldwide, sorted by the date that actually matters — the day submission closes. Filter by field, by region, or by whether the organisers fund travel for authors from low- and middle-income countries.
No visa, no airfare, no abstract needed for most of these. Recurring series are listed by their pattern rather than a single date, because the schedule rolls forward — follow the link for the next session.
A word on the invitations in your inbox. If an organiser emails you unprompted, promises acceptance within days, charges a large fee to present, or lists dozens of unrelated specialties under one banner, treat it as predatory. Check whether the society behind it is one you already recognise, whether past programmes name real people from real institutions, and whether the proceedings are indexed anywhere. Nothing in this tracker comes from a bulk-invitation organiser.
Read this before you plan a trip. Grant windows usually close earlier than the abstract deadline, and most schemes require society membership plus a submitted abstract before you can apply. Confirm every date on the organiser's own page — this tracker points you there, it does not replace it.
Found a deadline that has moved, a grant we have missed, or an entry that is plain wrong? That is the most useful message you can send — this page is only as good as its last correction. Tell us the event name and the source you saw, and we will update it.
