  4. Many experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis Ankylosing Spondylitis, Osteoarthritis, SLE and Crystal-Induced Arthritis. Great interest in Bone Metabolic and Spine Diseases. Skill and competence in the difficult cases of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Vasculitis, Polimyositis and Septic Arthritis during the medical residency in Brasil.
  5. Knowledge in some “Pain Management Injection Techniques” and joint aspiration and infiltration with lidocaíne, glucocorticoids and hyaluronic acid. Know-how to performed synovial fluid analysis (count and differentiation of white blood cell, search of crystals under polarized light and cytology after special colours). Interest in require and read the synovial biopsy.
  6. Knowledge in the read imaging studies of joints and bones (radiographs, CT, IRM, Technetium bone scan and DEXA).
  7. Knowledge inthe Indirect Immunofluorescence assay pittfalls for detection of ANAs.

Great experience in medications use as: AINES, Systemic Glucocorticoids, Colchicine, Methotrexate, Leflunomide, Cyclosphosphamide, Azathioprine, Mycophenolate Mofetil, Anti-Tumor Necrosis Factor Agents (Etanercept, Infliximab, Adalimumab, Golimumab), Bisphosphonates (Alendronate, Risedronate, Ibandronate and Zoledronic Acid), Teriparatide and Buprenorphine patchs.
  9. Interest to be present during the arthroscopy sessions (biopsy and debridement of synovium and observation of the articular cartilage).
  10. Interest in surgery discussion of the Osteoarthritis clinical cases when it is necessary the opinion of orthopaedics.
  11. Know how in the useelectronic programmesin the databasesand registers of the clinical informations.
  12. Experience in the use of the life’s questionnaires specific to morecommom rheumatology pathologies (Womac, Lesquene Index, the Oxford Knee’s Assessment, HAQ, SF 36, Quallefo and others). Current use of DAS 28 (EULAR Disease Activity Score) to clinical assessment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
  13. Interest in participation of the trial studies with rheumatic pathologies as a CRO.
  14. Interest in study immunology and osteo-immunology. I would like participate in the investigation services (university laboratories or pharmaceutical companies).
