  • Endoscopic treatment of upper, lower intestinal bleeding, and placement of gastrostomy tubes. Therapeutic E.R.C.P.
  • Over 6000 procedures performed annually, including banding esophageal varices, dilatation of esophageal stenosis, Achlasia, esophageal tumors, stent placement in esophagus, colon, biliary tree, frequent use of APC devices, and endoscopic placement of pancreatic stents.

Tertiary care center for ERCP.The GI Service is a very busy and vibrant service with total commitment to patient care with a wide experience in Hepatology and General Gastroenterology.
  • Experience in management of liver transplant patients, where thirty cadaveric transplants were done annually at the Liver transplant Center.
